The TRUTH does not come from evidence and facts, it comes from REALITY even without evidence

Do you know that facts and evidence are so misleading. Court of law and hall of scientist depend on evidence, proof and witness as facts that leads towards TRUTH. So the scientist reject unknown unknown to accept a TRUTH. Only if there is at least an evidence of known unknown will the TRUTH is accepted.

So if I give example - a rapist (X) has carefully plan to rape a girl (Y) without a single evidence and witness. He actually did that. Unfortunately, no evidence and facts could be brought to court to proof that X has raped Y. Judges make their ruling based on evidence. Since there is no evidence, the rapist will be freed and while the victim will continue be defenseless..period.

Hence, the TRUTH is suppressed simply because there is no evidence even in REALITY only the rapist and his victim know about the TRUTH and the incident is TRULY happened.

So, all scientists and physicians, the TRUTH is actually not about empirical evidence but it is about the REALITY even if it is unknown. Scientists will only focus on HOW things happen that causes to something else to happen or be in existence. Till today, scientist have still not come to the make any conclusion on this evidence on existence of GOD because they to caught-up with the HOWs rather than the WHY.

And for atheist/non-theist, without having evidence (unknown evidence) about the existence of God, The Only Creator, does not make His existence as non-TRUTH. The evidence may never be found ever but still it does not make His existence as non-TRUTH. Failure to proof the existence of GOD is because scientists and atheist have been egoistically refuse to have paradigm shift to "WHY" things happen rather than checking on "HOW" it happen.

I foresee this posting will go viral very fast and hope those who circulate it be responsible and understand the consequences.

If this story is in fact the truth, the world needs to know the cruelty of what had happened there...the emirates police authority, the hotel management, the Australian embassy and even the emirates judiciary body shd all be equally responsible of what had happened and all are at crime.

First of all, non-muslim are not subject to syariah law unless he or she choose to.

2nd of all, the fact that after colonization of western invaders, the syariah law was totally alienated globally by secularist and the systems were undermined for long period of time even unto muslim community.

Allow me to elaborate and hope everybody is open to hear. Before colonization era, Muslims held strong to their faith and the faith went across daily life beyond religious activities in Masjid which include political ideology, social behaviour and culture, education, science, invention, medicine, philosophy, mathematics, economics doctrines, financing, trade, taxataion and zakat, judicial process, governing policy apart from ceremonial and customary event like death, birth, marriage and inheritance of family assets. These systems and way of life had kept the nation and its subject live peacefully even in just and fair society which some of them are multi-ethnic/religous community (NB: the subjects includes Muslims, Christians and Jews).

During occupation, colonial regimes have intentionally distance the Muslim ummah/community from Islamic political systems, economic doctrine and judiciary structure and leaving the community with only marriage affairs, death and customary activities. Why?.. to alienate and undermine these systems even to muslim community to ensure that they (the community) do not hold strong to their faith and value which might be a threat to the colonial regime ideology. The long period of colonization not only sucking up the wealth and resources of the countries they invaded but the very fundamental value of the people of these countries which used to be their strength had also systematically been destroyed to ensure long lasting stay of the so called post-colonial regime to keep in power. This long abandonment of the knowledge and information and the killing of the scholars by the colonial and regime left by them had caused the systems to be almost irrelevant to be implemented to the whole wide world. However, deep inside these muslim communities which were divided into several countries, the sentiment were very strong to regain their glory but after several generation passed they are without comprehensive knowledge and experience.

Some elite Muslims with western education in several countries a the same time, have been having their own plan to inherit the nation by manipulating with the sentiment of the people.

After independent from colonial countries, reintroduction of the syariah law to muslim ummah by some muslim countries were rushed by radical Islamic movement especially the Wahabbis Saudis (Saudi Nasionalist) and those countries under their influence which caused bad reputation to the Islamic law systems. This happened due to lack of knowledge by its practitioners - the judges, the lawyers, the registrar etc.

Slowly, all Islamic systems are crawling back to show that its systems is justified, relevant, fair and just to the entire social structure and this manifested with the latest development of the embrace of Islamic Financing (which is just one of the branch of Islamic economics) especially by the western countries as they are finding their way out from the economics turbulence they are facing. However, this is still an option to the non-muslim to choose between conventional financing and Islamic financing. For non-muslim, it is about the system for the end game which is fair and just social structure, but for Muslim it is more than that, it is about faith.

The slow, structured, diligent re-development of Islamic economics system was not happening the same way and same momentum with the Islamic law as mentioned above with the Wahabbis Saudis (Saudi nationalist) taking advantage of the muslim community sentiment to their advantage by rushing into its implementation.

The wahabbis saudi who themselves are installed by British without any war for independent had rushed in implementing them just to get support from its people leveraging on sentiment that going strong among the community. They also influence Arab world to force the law to be enforced without sufficient knowledge.

The Ikhwanul Muslimin or Muslim brotherhood movement on the other hand had long tries to systematically re-develop all these systems especially for the Muslims and optionally for the non-Muslim to bring the true Islamic value which resulted in fair and just social structure. For the non-Muslim, it is about fair and just social structure but for Muslims it is more than that, it is about their faith. Muslim brotherhood moderate approach of non-confrontational and non-radical which have been successful in bringing back the muslim ummah to its original value is seen as a threat to the nationalist/secularist value. There are two separate muslim nationalist/secularist, one is elite non-arab Muslims who manipulating their community who loves peace too much until they are willing to forego their faith and value scarifying the truth and putting blind eyes for any corrupt practice as long as their material needs are fulfill.  Another one is the arabs who are utterly emotional with their sentiment which is being used by arab tyrant for their own benefit. They uses Islam as their radical tool, wrongly implementing the law onto their people but they themselves lives in sin with women, liquor and excessive spending of their wealth. Apart from letting the arabs to continue their excessive hatred against the west which had caused the emergence of terrorist simplicity mentality like the Taliban, they have also using their wealth to portray those that really wanted to bring back the true value of Islam as fundamentalist and labelled them as terrorist movement instead..

Let us come back to UAE, as a result of non-systematic re-development of the system due to lack of knowledge and experience practitioners caused by radical approach rushing into it, some loop-holes were leveraged by opportunists and criminals. Not only the Emirates government should be responsible of what has happened to Alicia and all other similar cases if any, but the politician and administrative personnel in this case Australian Embassy is equally responsible. The Emirates authority must look into the implementation of the system in a very detailed, knowledgeable and structured manner as the punitive measure in applying Islamic law is not as simple as they might thought as the way the Wahabbis Saudi and the terrorist Taliban teaches them.

Other than non-Muslim is not subject to Islamic law and it is an option for them to choose, the law is trying to be fair to both the accuser and those that are being accused. 4 witnesses is only the first step towards justifying the claim. The carefully developed syariah law does provide few other steps apart from the first step to prove the claim all the way until the used of evidence like sperm cement, chronology of event etc. But this option is done with full discrete to avoid any shameful effect to both the accuser and those that being accused what ever the outcome the verdict may be. As much as it is natural for people to see and sympathies with the accuser as the victim, but not many see the possibility of the one being accused as victim. Hence, the law is such to ensure both accuser and the one being accused could channel to argument. Why 4 witnesses is the first step? It is because, the systems does not allow people to simply make accusation without proof. But the Syariah law practitioners must not only stop there if there is no 4 witnesses and make conclusion from there to end at punitive measure but must also proceed with several other steps to make a fair and just judgement.

I am glad I live in Malaysia which have multi-religion community because as much as I support such systems and believe them as the most just and fair systems be it judicial, political, social or economical, but to implement such system must be done with full diligent, knowledge, systematical, responsible, accountable, consultative and to be fair to not only the muslims but also to non-muslim as much. In the case of judicial matter, the implementation of syariah law should not only be about the interpretation of the law but also a) the process on how the enforcement against the crime, wrong doing and corrupt practice, b) judiciary process in the court and c) the outcome process i.e. if there is punitive measure required, how should it be done in the most fair and just manner according to the law and if those involve were acquitted, how should they be protected and defended.

My conclusion is please do not make condemnation to such law as that relates to the faith of the muslim and for Muslim, their faith is fundamental. The condemnation or constructive criticism should be against the implementor of the law be it from enforcement or judicial aspects of the country. In the case of Alice in UAE, again if the claim is true, regardless whether it is genuine or false accusation, the UAE authority is at fault in the aspect of enforcement, judicial process and the punitive measure as much as Australian embassy irresponsible action towards its own citizen abroad and also the un-ethical act of the hotel management

Holocaust is a fabrication, it is an ultimate falsehood created by a "sorry" western world which majority of whom are Christians by faith, trying to clean their bloody hands of what they have done to the Jews not only since the era of Adolf Hitler but also since the beginning of Catholic empire of Rome, how the crusaders caused floods of Jewish blood during the invasion of Jerusalem, how the Jews have been mercilessly chased out of their homes during the Spanish Inquisition and so many more events by them against the Jews just because these misled western worlds at that time hate the Jews so much due to the claim that Jesus was murdered by Jews and for that they deserved to be killed all in the name of Lord. These are facts and reality admittedly profound in their own writings of history.

In all these events, the Jews seek refuge from Muslim world be it during Nazis aggression in Europe particularly in German, Albania and Balkans; or during Spanish Inquisition which so many had been persecuted, some had been forcibly baptized between 1502 till 1700 while many others had been expelled; or even during the bloody killing and massacres of Jews by the crusaders during all the three crusades. Muslims had always prepared to provide shelter to Jews all the times until even at the end agree to accept them to live together with them in Palestine. All because Muslims believe Abraham/Avraham/Ibrahim, Isaac /Yitzchak/Ishak, Jacob/Yaakov/Yaakob, Moses/Moshe/Musa, David/Daud, Solomon/Shlomo/Sulaiman and Jesus/Isa are all prophets of God who tried to lead the people of holy books to the righteous path. That is also the reason Sulaiman Al-Ayubi The Great has earned respect from Richard The Lion Heart for being so merciful when fought against the crusaders because the love he had towards the leader and people of the book even after his own loving sister was raped by one of the crusaders.

Islam world also share their own dark side by some of its regional tyrant rulers in the Hind (India) and Armenia during pre-western colonial but none are against the Jews. The betrayal by the westerners led by the British, France, Italy and American towards the hospitality of local Arab become obvious when they started making false documentation of sales and purchase of land while promise of power to few Arab corrupt tyrants and secularist to silent the righteous who realized the motive behind it. This is their definition of fair and love.

To them, life of a Palestinian boy who lost his mother who were mercilessly murdered by Israeli rocket is worthless, pain of a helpless woman who lost his children and husband caused by falling wall of their house bulldozed by Zionist forced and 70 years of suffering, need not matter compared against the westerners' sins done against the Jews. It is so weird that their sin now is being paid by the struggling and suffering of the Palestinian people. This is their definition of fair and love.

For the westerners, the history of the world is only valid beginning from the start of the colonization and end with the independent of those countries they colonized, however, history of Israel is a special one which should rooted back during the era of King Solomon and King David. They deny the fact that the Jews and Prophet Moses were thrown out from another land by Pharaoh and in fact a refugee in Canaan's land they called Israel. This is their definition of fair and love.

Yes, just closed your eyes my friend, continue to deny that the murders of children and women never happen, claim as you will that you are devoted with the Lord of Love while you deny the love He order you to spread. Continue to let your hand my friend, wet with the blood of innocence people with excuse that the cruelty are done by Jews not man of love like yourself because what you did are just tying the Palestinian hand, that's all while you continue to let your eyes blind with blood of sins. Reality is, you are a hypocrite. Reality is Lord will curse those who keep their eyes and heart blind alike. Reality is, you are lost with wrong interpretation just as you have always been all along just like those misguided western leaders before you.

Muslims love God Al Mighty the most, they love their prophet Muhammad the most, they love Jesus the most, they love Moses the most, they love all the prophets the most..why? because Muslims not only do what God and the prophets ORDER them to do, but they do what God and Prophets LIKE them to do. Muslims also not only KEEP DISTANCE of what God and the prophets PROHIBIT them but they also KEEP DISTANCE of what God and the prophets DISLIKE. Why again? because the true common Muslims fully believe and deeply in love with God and the Prophets in totality without hypocrisy as all they do are in the name of their Faith nothing to do with desire like materialistic, sexual desire, hatred and revenge.

Yes, this is the return the Muslim gets after hosting refuge to expelled Jews throughout history. Expelled from their own land. Yes, this is the return that the Muslim gets after providing safe passage to King Richard and his crusaders without harm. But unlike those who are misguided and full of hatred, the Muslim continue to comply the "order" and "likes" and keep distance against the "prohibition" and "dislikes" all in the name of God The Most Loving and Merciful, not in the name of desire. Same were expected by Moses to Jews and Jesus to Christians. Muslim hates the wrongdoing of those who oppressed but not to those who are oppressing. Not all Jews are arrogant, bullies and disrespectful, there are still some of those that love Moses and conforming to his teaching; and not all Christians are misled, some still really understand the real teaching of Christ like what was taught to his physically real closest disciples within his lifetime in this world before it was misled by a claimed apostle whom has vision about Christ which were never validated by any of other disciples.

Let these true Christians, Jews and Muslims come to common ground, if you are truly on the righteous path as claimed. Let all focus on the common and distance yourselves from all differences. Let all fight for peace and fight those fought against peace within respective community which unfortunately holding the helm. Continuous suicide bombing against the innocence are definitely not the solution, expanding illegal settlement and breaking treaty will not dissolve the fire of revenge, having the will but keeping silent against all the wrong doing also does not mean you are innocent. Be fair not only to others but to ourselves by doing justice. Keep your promise and hold on to the truth. Admittedly, there are those that have personal agenda with full of dark desires among each of respective community but if each can come together against them by holding on to the true teaching of Moses, Jesus and Muhammad, the teaching of peace and compassion, the truth will prevail. Let all correct the mistakes by making right to all not making right to some. Let all have faith in the same God each serves even if all have different concept of the same common creator.

Who kills whom?

Before reading the passage below, please understand that I am not stereo typing any group of community including the Christians (regardless of it's denominator), the Jews and Muslims. I do not believe any single community be it race, religion or belief have neither 100% ill-hearted community entirely nor 100% pure 'goodness' community entirely. I do not believe religion is the basis and root of bloodshed, murder and cruelty. Hence, when I refer Jews, Christians and Muslims, it does not refer to the whole community in the entirety manner.

Facts shown that the Jews kills and murder so many Christians including Jesus (as claimed by the Christians). The Roman Christian Catholic kills Jews and kick them out from the Holy Land and continue to murder the Jews till the day of so-called 'Holocaust'. The Jews sporadically lives all over Europe since then. The Roman Christian and Muslims fought several wars in getting control of the Holy Land. All of the above written in western history text book by European historians shows that the enemy was between Christians against Jews vis-a-vis. There was not a single written history nor evidence that the Muslims have killed, murder and act cruelty against the Jews throughout history in the Holy Land of Jerussalem / Bethelehem / Baitumuqaddis.

Did the Christians being used by the Jews in getting back their self-pro-claimed 'Promised Land'?
Or did the Jews being used by the Christians to kick them out from Christian lands or the Jews being used to fulfil William E Blackstone's 19th century prophecies in preparing the return of Jesus?

What ever the belief is between these two reasons, the Muslims are the victims between these motives by both Christians and Jews. And that is definitely not fair.

See what happen when people do not know history. I for sure understand the history regardless from any angle of perspective - western (Christianity), Israel, Jews, Arab, Islam or even Palestines. Eventhough it is peculiar why the American and British have been over protective of the Jews by making Israel the only state that justified their righful rights by referred to and traced history from all the way back in year 3300BCE (Early Canaanites), 586BCE (Iron Age II), 165BCE (Hellenistic period) until 1948 (British Mandate), whereas the rest of the countries are only referred to as early as 1000s CE till 1900s CE. Why are they treated to special? This itself conclude that the conflict rooted deep from religious motive by the Americans, British and Zionis. It has not merely to do with traspassing of land. However, one common point that I found is Abraham or Avraham or Ibrahim is the Father of Nation for Christians, Jews and Muslims. Moses is decendant of Isaac son of Abraham with Sarah (Siti Sarah). Jesus son of Mary too arguably is decendant of Isaac son of Abraham with wife Sarah (Siti Sarah) whilst Muhammad is decendant of Ishamael son of Abraham with wife Hager (Siti Hajar). Well, can we at least begin from this common ground and continue to find common peace rather continue blamming and searching for differences.
